2801.1 Scope

This section has been amended at the state or city level. Amendments are shown in green text.
Mechanical appliances, equipment and systems shall be constructed, installed and maintained in accordance with this chapter, the International Mechanical Code and the International Fuel Gas Code applicable statutes and regulations as set forth in Section 101.4 of this code. Masonry chimneys, fireplaces and barbeques shall comply with Chapter 21 and the International Mechanical Code and Chapter 21 of this code.
