1501.13.2 Underground Tank
JUMP TO FULL CODE CHAPTER
An underground water
storage tank that has been abandoned or otherwise
discontinued from use in a system covered under the
scope of this chapter shall be completely drained and
filled with earth, sand, gravel, concrete, or other
approved material or removed in a manner satisfactory
to the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
