2707.7.1 Temporary Storage on Marine Vessel

It shall be unlawful to store for more than 48 hours on board of any marine vessel or watercraft lying to at a wharf, pier, bulkhead or other structure over or contiguous to navigable waters within the city, any explosives in excess of the amount required for the vessel's own use for signaling or lifesaving purposes.
