P-1506.2.1 Separate Test

The house drain and yard area drains, including all piping to a height of 2 feet above the
highest point of the house drain, shall be tested separately. All traps, pipe fittings and joints shall be exposed to
view when the test is made. Water shall be introduced into the system in the quantity deemed necessary by the
Department. To be approved, the flow of water through the system shall be unobstructed, and there shall be no
leakage through any pipe, joint, trap, or fitting.
