Section 2008 Seaplane Base Operations

2008.1 General
Seaplane bases shall be operated in accordance with the requirements of FC 2001 through 2006, as applicable. Notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, a waterfront liquid motor fuel dispensing facility used for the fueling of seaplanes shall be deemed to constitute a marine liquid motor fuel dispensing facility.
