42.10.5 Rooftop Heliports

In addition to the special requirements in this chapter, the heliport shall comply with the requirements of NFPA 418. [407:220.127.116.11.2]
Fuel storage tanks and components shall comply with the requirements of NFPA 30. [407:18.104.22.168]
Pumps shall be located at or below ground level. [407:22.214.171.124]
Relay pumping shall not be permitted. [407:126.96.36.199]
Pumps installed outside of buildings shall be located not less than 1.5 m (5 ft) from any building opening. [407:188.8.131.52]
Pumps shall be anchored and protected against physical damage from collision. [407:184.108.40.206]
Pumps installed within a building shall be in a separate room with no opening into other portions of the building. [407:220.127.116.11]
The pump room shall be adequately ventilated. [407:18.104.22.168]
Electrical wiring and equipment in pump rooms shall conform to the requirements of NFPA 70, Article 515. [407:22.214.171.124]
