3119B.3 Retroactivity

California Building Code 2022 > 31B [DPH] Public Pools > 3119B Pool Enclosure > 3119B.3 Retroactivity

Sections 3119B.1 and 3119B.2 shall apply only to public pool enclosures constructed on or after July 1, 1994. Notwithstanding the foregoing effective date, no fence enclosure shall be less than 4 feet (1219 mm) in height.
