A-906.2 Rental License
JUMP TO FULL CODE CHAPTER
The annual license fee for a rental license issued under § 9-3902 shall be $55 for each dwelling or rooming unit with a maximum annual fee of $22,000 per dwelling
For two-family dwellings, the $55 license fee is waived for a dwelling unit occupied by an owner listed on the title deed to the property.
The maximum annual aggregate fee paid by an agency or authority in the business of providing low cost or public housing shall be $250,000.
