109.3 Prosecution and Penalties

When an owner fails to comply with Section 109.2, the owner may be prosecuted and is subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars as provided for in Section 3791.04 of the Revised Code.
Failure to cease work after receipt of an order to stop work is hereby declared a public nuisance.
