2206.2.2 Prohibited Aboveground Storage

The storage of motor fuel in aboveground tanks shall be prohibited as set forth in FC 2206.2.2.1, 2206.2.2.2 and 2206.2.2.3.
It shall be unlawful to store flammable liquid motor fuel in aboveground tanks.
It shall be unlawful to store combustible liquid motor fuel in aboveground tanks, except outdoors at a fleet motor fuel-dispensing facility complying with the requirements of this chapter.
It shall be unlawful to store liquid motor fuel in aboveground tanks indoors.
