1910.1024(n)(2)(i)

Where an employer uses objective data to satisfy the exposure assessment requirements under paragraph (d)(2) of this standard, the employer must make and maintain a record of the objective data relied upon.

1910.1024(n)(2)(iii)

The employer must ensure that objective data are maintained and made available in accordance with the Records Access standard (§ 1910.1024).

1910.1024(n)(2)(ii) This Record Must Include at Least the Following Information:

1910.1024(n)(2)(ii)(A) The Data Relied Upon

1910.1024(n)(2)(ii)(B)

The beryllium-containing material in question;

1910.1024(n)(2)(ii)(C) The Source of the Objective Data

1910.1024(n)(2)(ii)(D)

A description of the process, task, or activity on which the objective data were based; and

1910.1024(n)(2)(ii)(E)

Other data relevant to the process, task, activity, material, or airborne exposure on which the objective data were based.
