G107.4 Notification of Risks

Upon issuance of a variance, the Executive Director of the Boards of Standards and Appeals shall provide written notice to the owner and the applicant that:
- The issuance of a variance to construct a structure below the base flood level will result in increased premium rates for flood insurance up to amounts as high as twenty-five dollars for each one hundred dollars of insurance coverage; and
- That such construction below the base flood level increases risks to life and property.
