- When construction is suspended for more than two weeks, the governing board or authority of the hospital shall notify the Office in writing.
- If the work of construction is suspended or abandoned for any reason for a period of one year following its commencement, the Office's approval shall become void. The Office may reinstate the approval as described in Section 7-129(c).
