A-905.3.1 New Building Construction and Additions

The permit fee for construction of plumbing systems in new buildings or additions shall be $225 for the first seven fixtures plus $20 for each additional fixture, which permit shall authorize the installation of all plumbing for the new construction or addition, including area drains, roof drains, water distribution pipe, building or house drain, building sewer, building trap and lateral when presented as part of a single permit application.
Exceptions:
- The permit fee for the construction of plumbing in additions to a one- or two-family dwelling shall be $40 for the first seven fixtures plus $18 for each additional fixture, which permit shall authorize the installation of all plumbing for the addition.
- The permit fee for construction of plumbing systems that are not parts of structures containing fixtures, such as storm drainage systems, irrigation systems, and other similar systems not directly serving a structure shall be $225.
- The permit fee for new underground water distribution and drainage systems when submitted as a separate permit application shall be $200.
