1910.1027(p)(2)(vi) Hygiene and Lunchroom Facilities

Handwashing facilities, permanent or temporary, shall be provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(1) and (2) as soon as possible and in any event no later than 60 days after the effective date of this section.
Change rooms, showers, and lunchroom facilities shall be completed as soon as possible and in any event no later than 1 year after the effective date of this section.
