15-25 Home Occupations

A home occupation may occupy a dwelling unit as an accessory use in excess of the floor area limitations of Section 12-10 (DEFINITIONS), and subject to the following:
- Businesses operated as home occupations may have up to three non-residential employees.
- In addition to the uses listed in Section 12-10, a home occupation may include a permitted commercial or permitted manufacturing use. It shall not include the sale of merchandise produced elsewhere.
- The Commissioner of Buildings may issue rules and regulations setting forth appropriate standards to implement the intent of this Section.
