The provisions of paragraph (a) of Section 93-512 (Subareas A3, A4 and A5 of the Large-Scale Plan Subdistrict A) shall apply, except that the maximum base height shall be 150 feet. - West 34th Street
The street wall of any building shall be located on the West 34th Street sidewalk widening line and extend along at least 70 percent of the West 34th Street frontage of the zoning lot, and shall rise without setback to a minimum base height of 90 feet and a maximum base height of 150 feet. For portions of buildings exceeding a height of 150 feet, a setback of 20 feet from the street line of West 34th Street shall be required. However, a street wall may rise without setback along the sidewalk widening line provided the aggregate width of such street wall does not exceed 50 percent of the width of the West 34th Street frontage of the zoning lot and provided all other portions of the building that exceed a height of 150 feet are set back at least 20 feet from the street line of West 34th Street. - Tenth Avenue
The regulations set forth in paragraph (b) of Section 93-512 shall apply. - Rear setback
The provisions of paragraph (d) of Section 93-512 shall apply.
