§28-115.2 Disqualification

The commissioner may disqualify a special inspection agency or a special inspector from performing special inspections pursuant to this code for cause. The special inspection agency or special inspector shall be given prior notice of the proposed disqualification and the opportunity to contest such action. A list of special inspection agencies and special inspectors who have been disqualified from performing special inspection shall be maintained and made available to the public upon request.
