The means of entry and exit in the deep area of pools shall consist of one of the following:
  1. Steps/stairs.
  2. Ladders.
  3. Grab rails with recessed treads.
  4. Ramps.
  5. Beach entries.
  6. Swimouts.
  7. Other designs that provide the minimum utility as specified in this code.
