1910.1052(j)(6) Content of Emergency Medical Surveillance

The employer shall ensure that medical surveillance made available when an employee has been exposed to MC in emergency situations includes, at a minimum:
Appropriate emergency treatment and decontamination of the exposed employee;
Updated medical and work history, as appropriate for the medical condition of the employee; and
Laboratory surveillance, as indicated by the employee's health status.
