3304.3.1.2 Classes of High Explosives Magazines

Magazines for high explosives shall be classified based upon the maximum quantity of high explosives stored as follows:
- First class magazines. High explosives magazines containing not more than 1,000 pounds (454 kg) of explosives.
- Second class magazines. High explosives magazines containing not more than 500 pounds (227 kg) of explosives.
- Third class magazines. High explosives magazines containing not more than 250 pounds (113.5 kg) of explosives.
