In the districts indicated, the following uses are permitted by special permit of the City Planning Commission, in accordance with standards set forth in Article VII, Chapter 4.

Amusement parks, children's, with sites of not less than 75,000 square feet nor more than 10 acres per establishment [PRC-E]

Arenas, auditoriums, or stadiums with a capacity in excess of 2,500 seats [PRC-D]
