§1-13.1 Bulletin
JUMP TO FULL CODE CHAPTER
A record of the Board's proceedings will be maintained in the Board's Bulletin. The Bulletin is the official publication of the Board. The Bulletin will, whenever practical, be published each week. It will contain:
- the hearing calendar;
- the docket of applications filed at the Board since the last Bulletin;
- an abstract of the minutes of each hearing, including a brief statement of the action in each case, the votes, and the adopted resolution;
- notices of hearing on proposed rules or the amendment of rules;
- an index of rules adopted; and
- such other information as may be of value to the public and within the scope of the work of the Board.
