1612.3.1 Alternate Flood Hazard Provisions
JUMP TO FULL CODE CHAPTER
Absent the adoption of a flood hazard map and supporting data, flood hazard areas as determined by the state under its administration of the Part 31, floodplain regulatory authority of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.101 to 324.90106, shall become the basis for regulation of floodplain development within the community and section 1612 shall apply to buildings and structures within those areas.
