P-1202.4.1 Air Conditioning Condensate

A drain for receiving condensate from air conditioning systems shall be permitted to discharge into a laundry tray fixture or service sink fixture in accordance with Section P-1202.2. In one-family and two-family residences, the condensate water shall be permitted to discharge onto a seeded area that is part of the property where the air conditioning system is located.
