- Boarding houses (not transient) with more
than sixteen occupants - Congregate living facilities (nontransient) with more
than sixteen occupants - Convents
- Dormitories
- Fraternities and sororities
- Hotels (not transient)
- Monasteries
- Motels (not transient)
- Vacation time-share properties
