Massachusetts Building Codes

The building codes of Massachusetts adopt the the International Building Code 2009 (IBC 2009), International Existing Building Code 2009 (IEBC 2009), International Energy Conservation Code 2009 (IECC 2009), International Energy Conservation Code 2009 (IECC 2009), International Mechanical Code 2009 (IMC 2009), International Fire Code 2009 (IFC 2009), Uniform State Plumbing Code, Board of Elevator Regulations, Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code, and the Concrete Testing Laboratory Licensing. These codes include amendments enacted at the state level.
